Chicken Wreath

Chicken Wreath
The red and green veggies that show through as well as the shape are what makes this a "wreath". Use a non-stick cookie sheet or pizza stone.
Instructions
  1. Sautée chicken breast in pan with oil and garlic until lightly browned
  2. While chicken is cooking add onion, peppers and spinach
  3. When chicken is cooked remove from pan and chop into small pieces
  4. Add diced chicken back in pan and add shredded cheese
  5. Remove pan from heat and add in mayonnaise, mixing throughout
Forming the wreath:
  1. Preheat oven to 375' if using a cookie sheet or 400' if using a pizza stone
  2. Separate crescent roll dough (both packages) into individual triangles
  3. Arrange triangles into a circle on the cookie sheet by connecting the triangles by their bases with the points facing out. Overlap each base and press together. The opening of the circle should be about 3" in diameter.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture along the triangle base.
  5. Take each triangle tip and cross over chicken mixture and pinch into the wreath base. Continue for each tip, leaving space between each one.
  6. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes, checking to see when dough has lightly browned.
  7. Once cooled cut into individual pieces.
  8. Enjoy!

You can also add broccoli or use in place of spinach
